- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law;

Nutrinaut and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Berton United LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of Nutrinaut without our prior written consent.
7. User Content
You may submit content to Nutrinaut, including but not limited to food logs, comments, and other information (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Berton United LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with providing the Service.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Nutrinaut at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately, and you must stop using Nutrinaut.
9. Disclaimers
Nutrinaut is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that Nutrinaut will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berton United LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of your use or inability to use Nutrinaut.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Berton United LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of Nutrinaut, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Nutrinaut.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
