1. Publisher and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern the Nutrinaut application and websites, published by Origin Labs s.r.o., Company ID No. (IČO) 28204352, registered office Wichterlova 2372/8, Libeň, 182 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Educational scope
Nutrinaut provides logging, summaries, estimates and educational planning tools. It does not provide medical, dietary, emergency, legal or other professional advice. Outputs depend on your inputs, connected-device data and stated assumptions and may be incomplete or wrong. Do not use the Services to diagnose, treat or make an urgent or high-stakes health decision.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials and activity performed through your account. Paid features, billing, cancellation and refunds are also subject to the terms of the app store or payment provider used for the transaction and any mandatory consumer rights.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Origin Labs the limited permission needed to host, transmit, process and display that content for you and to operate, secure and improve the selected feature. Do not submit content you lack the right to use. AI-generated drafts must be reviewed before you rely on them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material, abuse automated interfaces, infringe another person’s rights, or present an educational output as a diagnosis or professional instruction. Ordinary search-engine crawling and accessibility technology are permitted.
6. Intellectual property and links
The Services, brand and original interface or editorial materials are owned by Origin Labs or the relevant licensors. Public pages may be linked and personal calculator outputs may be copied or printed. External sources and services remain subject to their own terms and availability.
7. Availability and changes
We may correct, update, remove or suspend a feature when evidence, regulation, security, provider availability or product scope changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every integration will remain compatible.
8. Warranty and responsibility
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for checking inputs, labels, allergies, medication interactions, device readings and whether a general-purpose feature is appropriate for your situation.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Czech law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
