These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Nutrinaut and related services (the “Services”) operated by Origin Labs s.r.o. (“Origin Labs”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
Nutrinaut is a performance coaching application that helps users optimize training, recovery, sleep, and nutrition guidance. Certain features depend on data sources you connect (for example, Health Connect) and on information you provide.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction to consent to data processing, you may not use the Services.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately.
4. Health and performance disclaimer (not medical advice)
Nutrinaut provides fitness, wellness, and performance-oriented information for general purposes only.
- Nutrinaut is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Nutrinaut does not provide medical advice. If you have any medical condition or concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your training, sleep, or nutrition.
- Do not use the Services for emergency situations.
5. Data accuracy and limitations
Health and fitness data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate due to device limitations, sensor errors, operating system behavior, connectivity, or third-party data sources. You acknowledge that insights and recommendations are estimates and may not reflect your true physiological state.
6. User content and responsibility
If you submit content such as training logs, meal entries, notes, or other data:
- you represent that you have the right to submit it
- you are responsible for its accuracy
- you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the Services
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the Services, interfere with normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law
- use the Services to violate applicable laws or third-party rights
8. Subscriptions and payments (if applicable)
If the Services include paid subscriptions:
- pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be shown in-app before purchase
- purchases are processed by the app store provider and are subject to their terms
- subscription access remains available until the end of the current billing period after cancellation, subject to store rules
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Services, users, or legal compliance.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
- Origin Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 0 if you used a free version
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify the Services and these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide notice where required.

13. Creator & Advertiser Collaborations
Our standard payout for sponsored content is $2.50 – $3.00 US per 1,000 qualified views.
Qualified views are views originating from Tier-1 markets—currently the United States, Canada, all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, and any similarly developed regions we may later designate.
To receive the full rate, at least 70 % of total views must come from these Tier-1 markets. If the share of qualified views falls below 70 %, we may prorate payments or renegotiate terms at our discretion.
If the Tier-1 share is lower, the payout is reduced in direct proportion to that share, using 70 % as the 100 % baseline.
All other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
