Delete your Nutrinaut account and data

Origin Labs s.r.o. provides a way to request deletion of your Nutrinaut account and associated data.

What will be deleted

When your request is processed, we will delete (or permanently de-identify where applicable) data associated with your Nutrinaut account, which may include:

  • Your Nutrinaut account identifier (Firebase Authentication user)
  • Profile and settings
  • Logged meals and nutrition entries
  • Logged workouts/training entries
  • Health-related data that Nutrinaut has synced or stored (for example: steps, heart rate, resting heart rate, SpO2/oxygen saturation, sleep, active calories burned, weight)
  • Any other user-generated content stored in Nutrinaut

How to request deletion (recommended)

In the Nutrinaut app:
Go to Settings -> Account -> Delete account (if available) and follow the prompts.

How to request deletion (by email)

If you cannot access the in-app option, email us your request:

Subject: Delete my Nutrinaut account

Please include:

  1. The email address you used for Nutrinaut (if you linked one), or
  2. If you used an anonymous account: your Nutrinaut Account ID (found in Settings -> Settings -> Copy Account ID) or any identifier shown in the app that uniquely identifies your account.

If you no longer have access to the app and do not know your User ID, tell us this in the email and we will reply with the next steps to locate your account.

Processing timeframe

We typically complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving sufficient information to identify the account. In some cases, we may need additional time to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

What happens after deletion

After deletion, you may lose access to your history and personalized features. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
